UPCOMING PRACTICE CLOSURE
To our valued patients, please be advised that Myhealth Maudsland will be closing permanently with the last day of trading on Friday 16th February 2024. Dr Dina Grigoreva will be relocating to our Myhealth Coomera location & bookings can be made online HERE.
As we have made every effort to stay open and continue delivering quality care to our beloved community at our Maudsland location, we have simply been unable to continue doing so and will be merging our Myhealth Maudsland clinic into Myhealth Coomera (Just a few minutes away near Dreamworld).
If you wish to continue seeing Dr Dina Grigoreva, she will commence sessions at the new location from Monday 11 March 2024. You can easily book online at Myhealth Coomera.
If you would like your medical records to be sent to your new treating GP, please sign a request form at your new practice & the new practice can email this request to: maudsland@myhealth.net.au so that your new treating GP can continue your care.
Thank you for your understanding and we hope to be able to continue to service your healthcare needs at our other Myhealth locations.
