Dr Shamim Khan has extensive general practice experience spanning more than a decade in three countries including Australia. He has a Fellowship of the Australian College of General Practitioners. He has worked in both metropolitan and regional communities during his long tenure as a GP and this has provided him with the experience to offer better clinical practice.

He provides comprehensive and holistic approach in primary care management with focus on patient centred care and specific problem solving skills.

Dr Khan enjoys all areas of General Practice. He has special interest in men’s health, child health, travel medicine, mental health, chronic disease management, minor procedures, health promotion and disease prevention in general practice setting.

Work-life balance is important to Dr Khan. He spends lots of time with his family and sports activity with his boys.
