Dr Pooja Sanghi

Dr Pooja Sanghi is a female specialist Nephrologist practising in the Gold Coast. After finishing her primary medical degree(MBBS) in 1999 from India, Dr Sanghi worked in the UK with NHS before moving to Australia in 2006.
She underwent extensive training in Internal Medicine and Nephrology from various hospitals in Queensland and obtained her FRACP in Nephrology in 2017.
She also had the privilege to have intensive training in one of the largest transplant centres in United states of America where she obtained a transplant Fellowship in Nephrology in 2016-2017 (accredited by the American Society of Transplantation).
She is actively participating in teaching roles at the Bond University, Gold Coast where she enjoys working as a clinical tutor for the year 3 to year 5 medical students.
Apart from her part time private rooms at Myhealth, Westfield in Helensvale and Stocklands Shopping Centre at Burleigh Waters, she also has accreditation at John Flynn hospital, Tugun and Robina Private hospital, Robina.
Dr Sanghi has vast experience in dealing with multitude of renal disorders including acute and chronic kidney disease, end stage kidney failure and dialysis, management of hypertension, recurrent urinary tract infections, kidney stones and kidney transplant evaluations (both donor and recipient).
She is a very amicable person who is happily married and enjoys to be with her family and doing yoga in her spare moments.
