Kako Choi is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) that graduated from Deakin University with a Master degree in Dietetics. Kako is passionate about teaching the community the importance of food and nutrition and how it can impact on their health and wellbeing.
As a Dietitian, Kako believes that understanding her clients and providing personalised support is fundamental, as each individual is unique in their own way regardless their age or cultural background.
Using this approach, Kako aims to provide practical and achievable nutrition advice to her clients to achieve their health goals.
Kako has a special interest in the following areas: Aged care nutrition Diabetes education and management (Type 1 and 2) Weight management and healthy eating High cholesterol and high blood pressure management Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
She enjoys travelling, eating and cooking yummy and nutritious meals for her family.
Kako aims to travel around the world and taste food from different countries. Kako can also speaks Cantonese and Mandarin.
