    B.Sc.(Nutr.Sc.), MNutr&DietAPD.

    Catherine graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Nutritional Science, and later completed her postgraduate study in Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from Sydney University in 2009.

    Catherine is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and is very passionate about promoting good health via food and nutrition with scientifically proven approaches.

    She has since been working in overseas as a clinical dietitian.

    She spent four years practising in one of the largest adult acute-care hospitals in Singapore, mainly focused on supporting medical nutrition care of hospitalised patients across a wide range of health conditions.

    Nothing compares to home, she decided to return to Australia after living overseas and started her own private practice in 2014.

    Her main areas of interest include diabetes, weight management and women’s health.

    She has worked with many individuals to adopt sustainable healthier eating lifestyles by using non-diet behavioural counselling style.

    Her greatest satisfaction comes from being able to make a positive influence in promoting healthier living.

    She also speaks fluently in both Mandarin and Malay.
