Billing Changes
From the 1st of October our practice is changing to mixed billing. All patients who are over 16 and do not have a valid pension/concession card will now be charged an out of pocket cost of $30 per consult. Please see our Pricing/Fees section for more details.

Dear patients,
Over the past few years, medical service costs have increased considerably. However Medicare rebate costs have not increased in line with these inflations. Until now we have been absorbing these costs.
Unfortunately we will no longer be able to sustain a 100% bulk billing practice and as of the 1st of October this clinic will be switching to mixed billing.
All patients who are over 16 and do not have a valid pension/concession card will now be charged an out of pocket cost of $30 per consult.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

REVIEW OF RESULTS
Appointments to discuss test results will be bulk billed, whether in-person or over the phone. Just let the reception know it’s about results when you book. Remember, there’ll still be a fee for anything not directly related to those results.
