    Announcement

    Dr Nikki Yates

    Dr Nikki Yates will be on maternity leave from 29th November 2024 for a period of 6 months. During this time please book with one of our other GPs at myhealth Helensvale who will have access to your files for test results, prescriptions or advice as required until she returns.

    About Myhealth Helensvale Medical Clinic

    Myhealth Helensvale is a Mixed billing Medical Centre conveniently located at the popular Westfield Shopping Centre in Helensvale.

     

    Our practice is located on the outside of the shopping centre, next to Pacific Smiles and the Post Office. We are open to the public six days a week.

    Offerings

    Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology is on site and is open Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (closed for lunch from 12:30pm-1pm).

    Allied Health on site includes Exercise Physiology and a Dietician.

    We also have a visiting Endocrinologist.

    Our Doctors and Registered nurses welcome everyone for their general practice needs.

    For your added convenience we also accept online bookings.

    Pricing/Fees

    Myhealth Helensvale is a MIXED BILLING practice. Our fees will be changing from the 12th of February. A Gap fee of $40 will occur after a medicare rebate for most GP consultations, which include recalls and results. Bulk billing may still be available for eligible patients with a valid Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card, DVA and Children under 16 years with selected GPs of the practice.     Fees

    For Saturdays, consults are privately billed with a $50 gap fee after medicare rebate (including recalls, results). Bulk billing may still be available for eligible patients with a valid Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card, DVA and Children under 16 years with selected GPs of the practice.

    Non attendance fees of $50 will apply for all consultations cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time (at the doctors discretion if extenuating circumstances apply).

    PLEASE NOTE: Dr Nikki Yates has a gap fee of $40 apply for all consultations including telehealth, except for children under 12 months old and childhood vaccinations, which will be bulk billed.  The total fee upfront will vary depending on length and type of consultation, but the out of pocket cost to you is typically $40 after the medicare rebate is refunded to your account.
