For all walk-in appointments patients will be charged privately with a minimum $30 out of pocket fee. Pension / concession card holders will be bulk billed. Thank you for your cooperation.
Public Holidays and Weekends
Private billing will apply to all weekend and public holiday appointments with a minimum out of pocket fee of $30.

Phone Consultations for Overseas Patients
We wish to inform you that, unfortunately, we are unable to offer phone consultations to patients residing outside the country. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
About Myhealth Burwood Medical Clinic
Myhealth Burwood is a bulk billing Medical Centre Monday – Friday.
Private fees applies on weekends and public holidays. We are conveniently located in Burwood Plaza near the train station and town centre.
Appointments and walk-ins are welcome.
For your added convenience we also accept online bookings.
VACCINATIONS AND LONG APPOINTMENTS
Please call to book any long appointments or for childhood vaccinations. Childhood vaccinations are not available Sundays.
MASK IS REQUIRED
We require every patients to wear a mask inside the practice.

As of 01/01/2023 a $30 gap fee applies to ALL walk-ins except for concession and pension holders.
Monday to Friday
Bulk billing for all Medicare and valid OSHC/OVHC holders. Gap fees apply for all walk ins.
Weekends
$30 Gap fee for all appointments including phone consults and Public Holidays.

Cancellation/Non-Attendance Policy

If you do not attend your appointment and no notice is given at least 2 hour prior to your appointment time you will be required to pay a non-attendance fee of $42.85 prior to your next appointment.
SPECIALIST AND ALLIED HEALTH
We require at least 48 hours prior notice otherwise your deposit fee will be forfeited for all Allied Health and Specialists Appointments.
