About Myhealth Carlton
Myhealth Carlton opened on the 26th August 2015 at the old site of Doctors of Lygon.
Myhealth Carlton is an accredited practice and is also an accredited training facility with trained Supervisors.
For your added convenience we also accept online bookings.
Please note there is NO FREE parking available at the clinic.
LONG APPOINTMENTS
Long Appointments for Mental Health related, or multiple issues, 6 weeks childhood vaccinations or procedure/dressing bookings, please call reception to arrange an appointment. DO NOT book online.

Pricing/Fees
Due to rising cost, limited Medicare rebate and overwhelming demand for our doctors’ appointments, Myhealth Carlton will now be charging a gap fee of $30 for ALL patients on weekdays. On weekdays, we will only bulk bill visits for valid health care card holders, pensioners and children 16 years old and under.
Procedure gap fees range from $50-200 depending on your procedures.

Please note: ALL Saturday appointments will be charged the full consultation fee (as above) with the $40 gap – there are no exceptions on a Saturday.
Please note: ALL medicare card holders are eligible to receive an instant medicare rebate on the day of their appointment if they bring a debit/savings card to their appointment. ALL OSHC/OVHC members will be required to pay the full fee and claim back through their membership provider.
*** Fees may vary slightly due to Medicare rebates which vary for certain items e.g. mental health care plans, mental health consults, antenatal consults and chronic disease management plans.
Cancellation Policy
NO-SHOW fee of $30 applies for ALL appointments if appointments are not cancelled at least 2 hour prior.
